• Download all files from your existing web host. Upload all these files to your new host.
• Re-create the same databases on your new host as you had with your old host.
• Make sure the permissions on your new host are the same as your old host (if you do not know what this means then it likely does not apply to you)
• Update the DNS for your domain to your new web host
